Biography
Tom Moser, currently a Los Angeles area Attorney, began his career more than 40 years ago focused on civil litigation with an emphasis on defense of personal injury actions.
Tom graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A. degree, with a major in Economics. Tom then graduated from Southern Methodist University obtaining a J.D. degree. He moved to California to begin his career as an attorney and pass the California State Bar. Tom is admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court and the Central District of California for the Federal courts. He is a member of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association and previously served as a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
Community
Tom has graciously volunteered as a Judge Pro Tem since 1983, handling Small Claims, unlawful detainers, Small Claims appeals, and civil cases. For Tom, it is immensely rewarding to serve as a Judge Pro Tem. His contribution affords him the opportunity to contribute to his community from the success he has gained in his career as an Attorney.
The Judges of the Superior Courts and Municipal Courts have awarded Tom numerous Certificates of Appreciation for his efforts on behalf of the Los Angeles County Courts.
Family
Tom is married and the father to two adult sons. Tom’s office is also dog-friendly as his dog, Sylvia, hangs out in there quite often.
